At USALeatherFactory, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time while providing a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Our shipping policy below explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information, and important shipping details related to your order.

Shipping Origin

USALeatherFactory is headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan, and orders are shipped internationally from our facilities. Delivery estimates below already account for international transit time; customers outside Pakistan should expect standard cross-border shipping and, depending on destination, possible customs processing.

Shipping Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 8–12 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines include both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Standard Shipping – Free

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–12 Business Days

  • This includes:

    • Processing Time: 4–6 business days

    • Transit Time: 4–6 business days

Expedited Shipping – $30.00

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

  • This includes:

    • Priority processing

    • Faster courier transit time

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Processing Details & Cut-off Times

  • Business Days: Shipping and handling estimates are based on business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) usually begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the following business day.

Custom Orders

Custom-made jackets are produced to your specific measurements and design choices, which requires additional time beyond our standard timeframe. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production, in addition to our standard processing and shipping timeframe above — a total of approximately 15–26 business days from order to delivery for custom items.

Order Confirmation, Tracking & Tracking Page

  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

  • Once your shipment is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Tracking updates generally become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

  • You can also track your shipment anytime through our Order Tracking Page.

Courier Services

We work with trusted international shipping partners including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and SkyNet Worldwide to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

The courier used for shipment may vary depending on your destination country and shipping availability.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

For successful delivery, we currently require a valid residential or business street address and do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes

  • Sales Tax & VAT: Any applicable sales tax or VAT is already included in the product pricing displayed on our website where required.

  • International Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability and Shipping Locations

Delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on product availability, order volume, or jacket sizing requirements.

To improve delivery efficiency, certain orders may ship directly from one of our international manufacturing or fulfillment facilities.

Damages & Lost Shipments

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. No minimum purchase amount is required for free standard shipping eligibility.
