Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your jacket was delivered, we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

For a return to be accepted, the jacket must be unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Exempt Items

Custom-made jackets are non-returnable and considered final sale, thus ineligible for refunds.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return or exchange, we require the order number and the email address used during the purchase.

Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions. You’ll receive our designated return address upon request.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for returning your item. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
