Returns and Exchanges

At USALeatherFactory, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility & Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • All original tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.


Custom-Made Items

Custom-made jackets are produced according to customer specifications and are considered final sale.

However, custom-made items are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The item arrived damaged

In such cases, USALeatherFactory will cover all associated costs.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at:

Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is within 10 business days

Please note that bank or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Incorrect size sent (different from the order)


Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (style preference, change of mind, etc.):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Size Exchanges

If the jacket does not fit as expected:

  • We are happy to offer a size exchange

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Replacement shipping costs will be covered by USALeatherFactory.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
